Payments
My service is simple. A short consultation is free and after that, if you choose to continue the cost is $240.00 per hour. I can typically talk you and your spouse through the process, completing all the forms and even a final judgment in about 10 hours, (sometimes less and sometimes more, depending upon your issues). Commonly, attorneys charge $5,000.00 or more for a retainer to represent one of you–to just begin the divorce process. Here, both of you are completing your divorce for significantly less than the cost that one of you would incur in a traditional divorce situation.
This process is completely voluntary. You will only be charged for the time that we spend. There is no obligation to continue.
